Senior Program
The Center Community Senior Program (CCSP) offers a compassionate, professional-directed initiative aimed at enhancing the well-being of senior adults in our community. By providing health and wellness education, therapeutic activities, and socialization opportunities, CCSP significantly improves mental health and overall quality of life for participating seniors. Additionally, the program serves as a respite for caregivers facing demanding responsibilities. Studies show that social isolation and loneliness in older adults significantly impact health, increasing risks for dementia, heart disease, and stroke. The CCSP is designed to counteract these risks by fostering engagement, connectedness, and overall community well-being for our senior population.

The Center Community Senior Program will take place every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The schedule will remain the same except for the presenter. Participants will be provided with lunch.
